Requests @ Village Park — submit, track, and get updates in one place.
The Requests functionality lets residents submit and track important items right on the website. Each submission is automatically routed to the Request Manager for proper review and documentation. Residents can view status (open/closed), see comments and outcomes (e.g., “approved” or “denied”), reply in the thread, and upload supporting files.

Planning home improvements?
Any exterior or structural work — including replacements or upgrades such as HVAC units, windows, doors, decks, flooring, or similar projects — must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee before work begins.

To view the details of a Request, enter the email address used when the Request was created along with the Request number.

 

Retrieve Requests
If you do not know your Request number, enter the email address used when the Request was created and an email will be sent with details on all Requests that match that email address.
